Greg's love for the water and pretty well all things aquatic took shape at an early age. His father was a merchant Marine during WWII and the stories of being torpedoed off New York and riding out the English Channel at D Day to tales of crew smuggling animals of all kinds on board the various ships that he sailed on throughout the world.
Greg stays active in the Southern California Sail racing scene in San Diego and Long Beach, and is a regular volunteer captain with U.S. Sailing Foundation's disabled Children and adult sailing programs.
