The California Yacht Brokers Association, was founded in 1975. It is a nonprofit organization of active yacht brokers and salespersons dedicated to conducting business with integrity, dignity and a high standard of professionalism. Members are a selective group sponsored by two broker members and reviewed by the membership committee. These members have joined forces to provide services to the brokerage industry, and to protect the boating enthusiast.Essentially unchanged over more than 25 years, our Code of Ethics is a cornerstone of the organization and an industry standard for the professional conduct of California Yacht Brokers .
